Peter Rubbo is the founder, CEO, CTO, and chief producer/engineer of R Productions, a premier recording studio based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.  With over four decades of experience in the music industry, Peter has established himself as a respected figure in audio production and studio musicianship.

Early Life and Musical Roots

Peter’s musical journey began at the age of five when he started playing drums.  Influenced by jazz, rock, and metal, he developed a versatile drumming style that led him to perform extensively on the live circuit.  His early experiences as a drummer laid the foundation for his future endeavors in music production.

Founding R Productions

In 1991, Peter built his first recording studio in Brockton, Massachusetts.  By 2000, he relocated the studio to Bridgewater, where R Productions became a hub for artists seeking high-quality recording and production services.  The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art gear, including the Euphonix System 5 mixing console, Genelec 1038B monitors, and a vast array of microphones and outboard equipment.  This setup enables Peter to deliver exceptional sound quality across various genres.
